• Proactively prospect small condominium management companies and identify high-potential organizations.
• Research and approach key decision-makers through multiple channels.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand prospect needs before presenting solutions.
• Qualify opportunities and flag potential strategic partnership or acquisition interests.
• Maintain accurate records and update pipeline in CRM.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B sales.
• Strong communication and discovery skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage pipelines.
• Experience in condominium management or real estate is a plus.
• Fully remote from anywhere in Brazil.
• Part-time schedule (20 hours/week) with flexible routine.
• Exposure to strategic partnership and M&A initiatives.
