OverviewAt The Montgomery Agency, we are seeking a motivated, client-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions.
Relationships matter, people come first and that is why we are finding new ways to serve our clients and future clients during these times.

- Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ goals
- Present and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
- Guide clients through the process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset
- Ability to build trust and explain complex products in simple terms
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
- Active insurance license
- Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments
- Uncapped commission, unlimited earnings
- $110,000 - $130,000 0TE
