Join a fast‑growing insure tech digital agency on a remote sales opportunity as a Senior Sales Manager!
What You’ll Do:Lead a high-performing sales team focused on conversion, production, and customer experience
.
Set daily targets, monitor KPIs, and use data to improve conversion, speed-to-contact, and cross-selling
.
Coach reps through call reviews, 1:1s, and targeted training to maximize performance.
Build scalable sales, QA, hiring, and performance processes from the ground up.
Manage lead allocation and develop a strong leadership bench as the team grows.
Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Product to improve lead flow and digital conversion.
Maintain ethical sales practices and compliance across the operation.
What We’re Looking For:7+ years of auto or related sales experience and 4+ years leading teams.
Active P&C license with strong sales and insurance expertise.
Proven ability to build and manage high-volume sales operations
.
Data-driven leader experienced with CRM, comparative raters, and sales technology.
Strong coaching, hiring, talent development, and accountability skills.
Builder mindset with experience creating QA, training, or enablement processes
.
Strong cross-functional communication and decision-making skills.
Experience in insurtech, digital insurance, or contact center leadership is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; willingness to travel approximately 5%.
