Lead Generator

Find New customers and hand off to the the team. 15% commission on every truckload booked. Weekly Base pay of $400.

Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of Lead Generation or Sales.

Remote Office Requirements: Must own a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet access.

Location: Must legally reside and operate within the United States.

As a 1099 contractor, you will not receive standard W-2 benefits like health insurance or PTO. Instead, we maximize your independence and revenue:

Commission of 15% Net on each load moved.

Office will provide a call / sales lead list for the sales agent - will be a shared excel sheet with main office. Agent is free to search their own prospects as well.

Goal is to establish new customers & then hand off to Management. On going customer service is not required.

Sales Agent will not be responsible for any truck dispatching or accounting. Office will help with quoting. Sole job of agent is to establish new business.

Employee will use provided company email & cc main office in email communication
