Diamond Relay builds and runs the web presence for local service businesses - the website itself, plus the Google review automation that asks every customer for a review at the right moment and routes unhappy ones to the owner instead of to Google.
Why this is an easier sell than most: the client pays nothing up front. No setup fee, no build cost, no five-figure proposal. They start at $497/month for the site, and most add review automation at $197/month.
We are looking for 1099 independent contractors to work that offer to plumbers, roofers, HVAC companies, dentists, med spas, auto shops and landscapers - any local business whose phone rings because of its Google rating.
WHAT YOU WOULD DO- Reach out to local businesses by phone, email, walk-in or DM. Your call - we do not dictate the channel.
- Open with the no-money-down angle, because that is what gets you a second sentence.
- Close the website at $497/month, and review automation at $197/month where it fits.
- Hand the client to us for build, setup and support. You never touch fulfillment.
- $50 per closed sale, paid when the client's first payment clears.
- Plus 15% of that client's monthly revenue, recurring for as long as they stay active - about $104/month on a full-stack client.
- Ten active clients is roughly $1,041/month recurring. Thirty is roughly $3,124/month. That is the real reason to do this.
- Good-faith estimate of first-90-day earnings for a rep prospecting consistently: $1,500 to $4,000. Month one is thin. The recurring is what builds.
- No fees, no buy-in, no inventory, nothing to purchase. Your pay never depends on recruiting other reps.
Independent contractors are responsible for paying their own taxes, filing required government forms and obtaining their own benefits including worker's compensation, disability, etc.
WHO FITS- You have sold to a small business owner before and know a gatekeeper from a decision maker.
- You can work without a manager checking on you.
- US-based, with a reliable phone and internet connection.
- No degree and no specific number of years required.
- Scripts, objection handling and demo assets.
- A real site built for your prospect, so you have something to show on the call.
- Build, fulfillment and client support handled on our end.
- No locked territory - go where your relationships are.
