Darby Dental Supply, LLC. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is a fully remote, Monday
- Friday, entry-level sales position designed for ambitious professionals who want to break into healthcare sales, develop valuable business skills, and build a long-term sales career. The role offers a base salary plus commission and is focused on prospecting and opening new customer accounts through outbound sales activities.
No dental, medical or healthcare experience is required. We are looking for individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn. Darby provides industry, product and sales training to help you succeed.

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and text outreach to practices that are not currently Darby customers
  
  Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices
  
  Qualify prospects and uncover business needs
  
  Present Darby's products, services, and value proposition
  
  Generate first orders and new customer accounts
  
  Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
  
  Demonstrate the ability to overcome sales objections and follow up persistently with prospects
  
  Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
  
  Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
  
  Collaborate with sales leadership and team members in a virtual environment
  
  Other duties may be assigned to help drive our vision and values

This is a high-activity sales role where most of your day will be spent prospecting and building new business opportunities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
  Bachelor's degree preferred0-2 years of sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience
  
  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
  Professional phone presence
  
  Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound cold calling environment and the resilience to handle frequent rejection and keep going.
  
  Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  
  Strong time management and organizational skills
  
  Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
  
  Ability to travel to trade shows and meetings as needed
