Role:
Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys' first commercial product targeting hypertension and related disorders, primarily in uncontrolled hypertension.
- develop and execute territory business plans
- educate healthcare providers (HCPs) on Mineralys’ highly selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor
- drive product adoption
- analyze market trends
- build trusted relationships
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including reimbursement and marketing
- bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience, ideally in cardiometabolic or specialty therapeutics
- proven sales achievement and clinical communication skills
- self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60%
High Value: launch experience, specialty cardiometabolic focus, hypertension, biologics or small molecule familiarity, early commercial stage, up to 60% travel, remote work setup.
Work setup: fully remote, national coverage.
