Sales Coordinator, Formulation Sales; Fully Remote

• This role focuses on top-of-the-funnel sales, finding and qualifying new brand partners for Debut's formulation business.
• You will not close deals but will hand off warm leads to the sales team, requiring persistence and organization.

• Use various channels to prospect and build target lists, focusing on beauty brands seeking custom formulation with biotech ingredients.
• Craft personalized outreach, qualify leads, and schedule meetings, maintaining consistent follow-up.
• Track all activity in  and work closely with the sales team for smooth handoffs.

• You have at least 1 year in business development or sales support, ideally in beauty or CPG.
• You are self-driven, results-oriented, and excel in a fast-paced environment, with strong outbound skills.
• Limited travel up to 15% for industry events may be required.
