Role:
Territory Manager responsible for launching and expanding Mineralys’ first commercial product targeting hypertension and related conditions such as CKD and OSA.
Responsibilities include developing and executing territory business plans, educating healthcare providers on the product, building trusted relationships, and driving product adoption to meet sales targets. Collaborates cross-functionally with field teams, reimbursement, and marketing to enhance customer and patient experiences, ensuring compliance and high standards of integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of biotech/pharma sales experience (preferably in cardiometabolic or specialty drugs), with prior launch success and strong clinical communication skills.
High Value: focus on hypertension, CKD, or cardiometabolic markets; launch environment; remote work setup with up to 60% travel; US salary range $130,000-$165,000.
