Fully Remote | International Candidates | $11–$13/hr + Performance-Based Commissions
We’re looking for a driven and confident Growth & Digital Outbound Specialist to help grow our client pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
What You’ll Do- Conduct outreach through Linked In, email, and cold calls.
- Connect with prospective and inbound clients.
- Present solutions and handle initial sales conversations.
- Manage and update CRM pipeline activities.
- Follow up with prospects and support business growth.
- Experience in sales, business development, outbound outreach, or lead generation.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Confidence with Linked In, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
- Reliable internet and ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.
- $11–$13/hr base pay.
- Uncapped performance-based commissions.
