Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys' first commercial product targeting hypertension and related conditions, such as CKD and OSA.
Responsibilities:- develop and execute territory business plans,
- educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ aldosterone synthase inhibitor,
- drive product adoption,
- analyze market trends, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and share market insights.
- Ensure compliance and uphold company values.
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, with preference for specialty cardiometabolic sales and launch experience;
- proven sales success;
- strong clinical communication skills;
- self-motivated and adaptable.
