Field-based Territory Account Specialist supporting key healthcare accounts via personalized engagement to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- navigate account challenges
- develop strategic territory plans
- collaborate cross-functionally with field and home-office teams
- utilize market data and insights for customer engagement
- deliver tailored solutions through omni-channel strategies
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or complex sales environments such as medical devices or diagnostics
- proven success in selling to large accounts and key customers
- strong analytical, ethical, and collaboration skills
must reside within the territory or within 50 miles; able to travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Qualificationsexperience across therapeutic areas, patient services, market access, reimbursement, or medical calling on HCPs with sophisticated products.
LevelingLeveling varies from Associate to Executive Territory Account Specialist (4–10+ years of relevant experience).
Work Setupremote with field travel; driving essential.
High-value Specificsfocus on healthcare providers, omni-channel engagement, and complex customer needs in the biopharma landscape.
