Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Remote Leisure Travel & Hotel Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote leisure travel and hotel packages.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored travel solutions, including accommodations, tours, and experiences.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with hotels, resorts, and service providers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Handle booking processes, confirm reservations, and manage any changes or cancellations.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destination updates, and hotel offerings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.

• Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and hotel industry standards.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional approach.
• Proficiency in using online booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

• Minimum: 2–4 years of experience in leisure travel sales, hotel sales, or a related field.
• Experience in handling international travel itineraries and luxury hotel bookings will be an added advantage.

• Flexible working schedule with availability during core business hours.
• Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required to meet client needs or handle urgent bookings.
