As a Remote Appointment Setter, you are the spark that ignites the customer journey. You will engage with warm leads, ask qualifying questions, and seamlessly schedule appointments for our senior solar consultants. We are looking for energetic, driven communicators who are motivated by uncapped earning potential and a supportive culture.

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (homeowners who have requested solar info).
• Ask qualifying questions to ensure the homeowner meets basic solar requirements.
• Educate prospects on the high-level benefits of exploring solar.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for our senior solar consultants.
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects effectively.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations.
• Highly reliable with a strong work ethic—you show up and put the work in.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using a CRM/dialer software.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace free of background noise.
• High-speed, reliable internet connection and a working headset/microphone.
• Previous phone sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
