Manager, Account Management

Salary Range: $102,600 - $154,000 per year. Bonus eligible.

Remote work available for US-based candidates. Central or Eastern time zone required.

• Manage Optavise Account Management Associate resources to ensure successful delivery of their responsibilities.
• Ensure client retention and renewals meet Optavise goals.
• Identify clients at risk, inform appropriate resources, and implement remediation plans.
• Ensure client utilization of Optavise Advocacy & Transparency services meets goals.
• Support achievement of PPI target goals with clients.
• Involve appropriate Optavise Sales, SME, Implementation, or Delivery resources in relevant meetings.
• Involve the client’s broker/consultant in relevant meetings.
• Track the client’s key objectives to ensure they are met.
• Scope, draft, and facilitate completion of contractual documents needed for booking orders, billing, implementation, and renewal.
• Ensure Salesforce is the sole source of truth for sales data.

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of directly related experience.
• 5 years of proven client-focused experience in benefits, brokers, benefits administration, and/or health care industry.
• 4+ years in an Account Management role in the Healthcare/Benefits industry, working with our target market.
• Previous experience leading a team of sales professionals supporting large or complex clients in the employee benefits space.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare related major.
