We are looking for a Sales Associate who can help us find potential hotel customers, engage with them, conduct product demos, and convert them into active Clear Host users. If you enjoy talking to people, finding opportunities, and turning leads into customers, wed like to hear from you.
About Project (Clear Host)
Clear Host is an all-in-one hotel management platform built for independent hotels, homestays, hostels, and small properties. It brings PMS, channel management, direct bookings, analytics, and other hotel operations into one platform.
Roles & Responsibilities :- Find and explore new sources for lead generation, including online platforms, directories, social media, communities, and other relevant channels.
- Reach out to leads through calls, Whats App, email, and other relevant channels.
- Understand the prospects requirements and Conduct product demo calls and guide prospects through key features.
- Follow up with interested leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Assist prospects during the onboarding process and ensure they successfully get started.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, demos, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collect feedback from prospects and customers and share insights with the product and marketing team.
- Experiment with new lead-generation and outreach methods to improve the sales pipeline.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and hotel/property managers.
- Confident conducting calls and product demos.
- Proactive and comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Whats App, email, and basic CRM/sales tools.
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- 15,000/month- salary
- Full-time, work-from-home role
