Role:
Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys’ first commercial product, lorundrostat, targeting hypertension and related conditions. Responsibilities include developing strategic territory plans, driving product adoption among healthcare providers, building trusted relationships, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales goals. The role also emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with teams like reimbursement, marketing, and analytics, and maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience (preferably in cardiometabolic or specialty sales), proven sales success, strong clinical communication skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- prior launch experience
- specialty sales background
- Focus on cardiovascular and nephrology indications, biologic or small molecule modalities
- fully remote work with up to 60% travel
- US salary range of $130K-$165K
