Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys' first commercial product targeting hypertension and related conditions, including CKD and OSA.
Core responsibilitiesDeveloping a strategic territory business plan, educating healthcare providers on the product, driving adoption, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building customer relationships, translating clinical data into impactful conversations, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, reimbursement, and regional teams to support customer needs and product pull-through.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree;
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in cardiometabolic or specialty areas;
- proven sales success and strong clinical communication skills.
- focus on hypertension, CKD, OSA;
- commercial launch environment;
- up to 60% travel;
- remote work setup.
The candidate should demonstrate customer-centricity, accountability, resilience, and teamwork, with a passion for patient outcomes and strong territory planning capabilities.
