Salary/Wage:

In Year 1, estimated total earnings range from $60,000 to $90,000 based on performance. Salary/wage is based on a 6-month base salary + plus excess earned commissions. Commission and earning potential increase significantly in Year 2 as the client base expands, skills are developed, and product knowledge grows.

Description:

Gray Digital Media is seeking a solutions-oriented professional with a strong digital sales background to join our dynamic sales team. This is a remote position, and it is responsible for the development and growth of digital revenue in the Columbia-Jefferson City, Missouri Market. The Media Executive will design and sell digital marketing solutions for businesses using the latest advertising products available across our company’s digital platforms (BGP 360, Streaming TV, Connected TV, You Tube, Email, Gaming, Social, SEM, SEO, and Streaming audio).

This is a remote position based in or near Columbia, MO, and will include minimal travel. Gray Media offers a comprehensive training plan & onboarding experience to strengthen your knowledge, confidence, and ability to have a successful career.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Consult with business owners, marketing and advertising executives, directors, and managers to develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy for their business.
Meet or exceed sales expectations, goals, and budgets, and manage your own book of digital sales revenue for retention and growth.
Learn and master Gray digital advertising products and tools (we are always innovating and growing), along with Gray Digital Media’s suite of digital services.
Develop, retain, and grow client relationships in your local market and throughout the country.
Manage your digital book of business using client management tools and software. Design, write, and present marketing proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
Communicate and collaborate effectively across all Gray Digital Media departments and support staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:
