Help businesses find the right IT support with Hope strand. We're looking for a Sales Representative who can build relationships, understand what potential clients need and introduce services that make a practical difference to their business.

You'll work with our team to develop new business opportunities across managed IT support, Microsoft 365, cloud services, cyber security and business communications. The role combines following up enquiries with finding and contacting new prospects.
We're looking for a confident communicator who listens carefully, follows through on commitments and takes an organised approach to building a sales pipeline.
What you'll do- Follow up enquiries received by email, phone and other channels.
- Research potential clients and start relevant conversations about their IT needs.
- Qualify opportunities and explain Hope strand's services clearly and accurately.
- Arrange consultations with our technical team and support the preparation of proposals.
- Keep clear records of conversations, next steps and follow-up activity.
- Build lasting relationships and work with colleagues to provide a smooth handover for new clients.
- Strong telephone, written communication and presentation skills.
- An understanding of prospecting, lead qualification and the sales process.
- A helpful, professional approach to speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Good organisation and the ability to manage your own work remotely.
- Motivation, initiative and a willingness to learn about our services.
- Experience in IT or technology sales is useful, but a willingness to build your product knowledge is equally valuable.
