Role
Senior Sales Manager with a focus on CNS/psychiatry, responsible for leading the specialty sales team, driving product promotion, and developing high-performing representatives. Objectives include achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities- Recruit, develop, and retain sales team
- Execute strategic sales plans
- Engage healthcare providers
- Maintain industry credentialing
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years in pharma with 4+ years in sales management
- Experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar, or depression
- Proven sales and leadership success
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Valid driver’s license
- Industry credentialing capability
Experience in start-up or small company environments.
High ValueCNS/psychiatry therapeutics, specialty sales, customer engagement, team leadership, industry credentialing, remote work with travel.
CollaborationLeading and mentoring sales representatives, interfacing with healthcare providers.
