Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Work warm internet leads and live transfers daily, no cold calling, ever
- Cross-sell Home, Life, and Auto insurance to our large, established customer base
- Follow up relentlessly and build genuine, long-term client relationships
- Generate referrals from satisfied clients
- Meet and exceed sales and retention targets
What We're Looking For:
- Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license (required)
- 2+ years of P&C insurance experience preferred. Allstate experience is a big plus
- Proven track record of sales or retention success
- Strong follow-up habits, organized, self-motivated
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
