The Opportunity
We’re hiring a
Commission-Only Sales Representative to drive new business.
This is not a typical sales job. It’s a
performance-based opportunity with a clear milestone
:
Place 25 offshore staff → unlock a full-time role with salary + benefits
- Offshore Virtual Assistants
- Outsourcing & staffing solutions
- High-demand service with clear ROI for clients
Your Role
- Prospect and close SME clients (real estate agencies, service businesses, etc.)
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Run sales calls and present solutions
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Close deals and earn commission on each placement
Who We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (B2B or high-ticket is a plus)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and closing
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you take ownership of your results
