Performs business development (sales) activities for assigned areas or division to include but not limited to prospecting for new business, developing strategic relationships with C-Suite leaders, collaborating with operations peers on prospect assessments, building and presenting value added proposals and drive new contract growth.

* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Must live near major airport

• Develops, implements, and executes strategic sales and marketing plans and programs, both short and long range to accommodate corporate sales and marketing goals
• Research, analyze, and monitor financial and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities. Oversees development and maintenance of database of potential customers
• Monitors competitors' activities and marketing activities. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs
• Performs channel development activities and executes sales strategies through meeting sales quotas and goals
• Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image through all activities. Serves as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing promotional campaigns
• Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product
• Meets with and delivers sales presentations to key clients and prospective clients
• Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
• Assists other departments within organization to meet corporate sales objectives
• Prepares contact reports showing potential clients, and areas of proposed client base expansion
• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
• Other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent
• 3+ years of related high-level sales experience to senior level hospital, or company officials of complex products and services
• Familiar with health system, specialty and retail pharmacy operations
• Proficient skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, Sales Force) to communicate, develop presentations and perform analysis
• Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and client-level personnel
• Proven ability to meet company standards for a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) background check
• Residence near major airport
• Able to travel approximately 50% of the time away from home location
• Ability to travel by air or car
