Voice by Lila is an AI voice assistant that answers leasing and maintenance calls 24/7 for apartment communities. When we called 50 apartment communities after hours, 21 sent us straight to voicemail or a broken line. Every one of those missed calls is a missed lease, and Lila catches them.

We're launching nationwide and looking for our first Growth Partners: driven self-starters who want to get in early on AI, set their own schedule, and build real income from anywhere in the U.S.

• Connect with apartment owners and property managers who are losing leads after hours
• Show them Lila in action with a live demo line they can call themselves
• Help them get set up and turn missed calls into signed leases

• $425 for every community you bring on
• Plus 10% of their monthly fee for 12 months, so every client keeps paying you for a full year
• Bring on 30 clients in your first 60 days and move to a $72,000 W-2 base salary starting the following month
• On salary, earn a $150 bonus for every client above 10 per month

The first 60 days are commission-only (1099). It's a fast, performance-based path to a salaried role, and you control how quickly you get there.

Do I need experience in AI?

No. If you can explain a simple problem and its solution, you can do this. We train you on everything.

Do I have to find my own leads?

No. We supply targeted call lists, scripts, and a live demo line prospects can try themselves.

What if I have a slower month on salary?

In any month under 10 clients, you go back to commission until you hit 10 again.

Is this really remote?

Yes. Work from anywhere in the U.S. and set your own hours.

Can I start while keeping my current job?
