As a Sales Consultant at Cengage, you will help transform educational experiences for learners. You will do this by promoting the adoption of our innovative digital products and services. You will:
* Develop and complete strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the NH/Eastern MA region.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with educators, administrators, and other key collaborators.
* Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of our world-class digital solutions to potential clients.
* Examine market trends and competitor actions to discover new sales prospects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer happiness.
* Provide outstanding post-sales support to ensure clients successfully implement our solutions.
* Report on sales performance and provide insights to improve future strategies.  ## Skills you will need here:
