Connexion Point is looking for experienced and licensed ACA agents to support individuals and families through consultative, service-driven sales conversations. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective members, help them understand their coverage options, answer questions, and guide them through enrollment with clarity and confidence. While this is a sales position, the focus is on building trust and delivering a thoughtful, informative experience, not high-pressure tactics, making it a great fit for agents who value both performance and meaningful interactions.

What we offer:

$18.00/hr base pay Seasonal incentive opportunities

Schedule

Training runs Monday through Friday. Once you have graduated from training, you'll move to your assigned production schedule from our Workforce Management team. Production schedules include at least one weekend day per week.

This is a seasonal role running through OEP. Our best-performing agents are considered for extended opportunities as client needs allow.

What You'll DoHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective ACA members, focused on sales, education, and enrollment

Guide individuals through plan options and benefits, helping them confidently select and enroll in coverage

Meet performance expectations around sales goals, call quality, conversion metrics, and schedule adherence

Keep communication current with your supervisor and team Attend team meetings and training sessions throughout the season

What We're Looking For

Required:

Active Health or Health & Life license

Minimum 1 year of ACA experience

Comfortable working across multiple software systems

Strong communicator with a service-first approach

Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during OEPHome office setup that meets remote work requirements

Willing to complete a background check

Basic computer skills and tech knowledge

Preferred:

Telesales or contact center experience
