Inside Sales Manager

Launch Pad Home Group is hiring a remote Inside Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow our team of Inside Sales Representatives across the Southwest and Northwest regions. This sales leadership role focuses on building a strong remote team that develops referral partnerships with real estate agents and drives steady growth in home inspection sales.

• Lead, coach, and manage a remote team of Inside Sales Representatives covering the Southwest and Northwest markets
• Track and improve key sales metrics and KPIs, including call volume, appointment setting, referrals, and conversion rates
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members so they ramp up quickly and contribute to growth
• Manage regional markets and lead remote training sessions and performance reviews
• Build accountability and ongoing improvement through regular one-on-one coaching and team sessions
• Partner closely with Outside Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on field opportunities
• Work with the Director of Sales to roll out initiatives that grow agent relationships and brand presence
• Monitor CRM usage and keep lead, pipeline, and follow-up data accurate
• Lead weekly team meetings and take an active role in sales planning
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong sales leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to motivate a team and hold individuals accountable to high standards
• Deep understanding of outbound, phone-based B2B sales
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales data tracking, and basic reporting
• Organized and detail-focused, with excellent time management
• Comfortable leading in a fast-moving, remote work environment
• Confident with lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion strategies
• Committed to excellent service for both team members and clients

• Two or more years of experience in sales leadership or outbound sales team management
• High-speed internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace
• Availability to work full time, Monday through Friday, during business hours aligned with Mountain and Pacific time zones

• Experience in real estate, home inspection, mortgage, title, or a related industry
• Prior leadership of a call center, inside sales, or remote sales team
• Experience managing distributed teams and remote workflows
