Sales Development Representative; SDR; Outbound & Delegate Acquisition

A rapidly growing international B2B events and executive audience acquisition business is expanding its outbound sales function and seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives to join its remote South African team. The company operates within a fast-paced, high-performance commercial environment supporting executive-level events across Europe, APAC, and the United States.

The successful candidates will focus on high-volume outbound calling to generate business meetings and secure executive delegate attendance for international B2B events. This is a highly phone-driven role requiring confidence, resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to consistently perform against outbound activity targets.

The role is best suited to individuals who genuinely enjoy outbound sales, are target-driven, and are motivated by performance-based incentives.

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to senior executives and decision-makers
• Generate qualified meetings for the sales team
• Secure delegate attendance for executive-level events
• Build and maintain strong prospect engagement through professional communication
• Manage and update prospect activity within the CRM system
• Maintain consistent outbound call activity and performance metrics
• Work closely with internal teams to support pipeline growth and event attendance targets
• Deliver professional communication aligned to international business standards

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales or SDR experience
• Strong phone-based sales background essential
• Excellent spoken English with a professional and neutral accent
• Comfortable speaking with senior executives and decision-makers
• Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and money-motivated mindset
• Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a remote environment
• Reliable work-from-home setup including stable internet and quiet working environment
• Based in Cape Town or Johannesburg preferred

• B2B events, delegate acquisition, or appointment-setting experience
• Experience working within UK or international sales markets
• Exposure to high-volume outbound sales environments
• Familiarity with Aircall, Zoho CRM, or outbound dialler systems advantageous
