Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home Job Type: Permanent The Opportunity We're recruiting for Telesales Executives to join a growing team in Lincoln City Centre. This is a fast-paced, high-volume B2C outbound telesales role, making around 90+ calls per day to warm leads. These aren't cold calls – you'll be speaking to customers who already have a relationship with the business, giving you the opportunity to have meaningful conversations and convert genuine customer opportunities.

We're looking for confident salespeople who are comfortable working at pace, managing high call volumes and working towards clear sales and performance targets. You don't necessarily need previous telesales experience – we're also open to people who have come from a target-driven sales environment, such as car sales, where you've been used to working towards targets, speaking to customers and converting opportunities.

Experience using a dialler and working within a B2C sales environment would be highly beneficial. What You'll Be Doing Making around 90+ outbound calls per day to warm customer leads Having engaging conversations to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities Using a dialler and multiple systems to manage your customer interactions Working towards individual and team sales and performance targets Handling objections confidently and converting opportunities into sales Following clear processes, scripts and regulatory requirements Maintaining high standards of customer service, call quality and compliance Managing your own workload and performance in a high-volume environment Working collaboratively as part of a supportive, high-performing sales team What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated, resilient and target-driven salespeople who enjoy speaking to customers and are comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Ideally, you'll have:
Previous B2C telesales or outbound sales experience OR experience in another target-driven sales environment Experience working towards and achieving sales targets Confidence speaking to customers and identifying sales opportunities Experience handling objections and closing sales Strong communication and customer engagement skills The resilience to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Good organisation and the ability to manage your own performance Confidence using IT systems and working across multiple platforms A willingness to make a high volume of calls and work at pace Experience in areas such as car sales, retail sales, insurance, recruitment, utilities or other target-driven B2C sales environments would be considered.

Experience with in a regulated environment, particularly financial services or insurance, would be advantageous but isn't essential.
