NCD is seeking an Account Executive to onboard, train, and activate new agents across the Eastern U.S. You will guide agents through onboarding, training, and best practices, while supporting lead generation and attending industry events.
You will coordinate with Sales and Agent Support to resolve escalated issues and drive agent success. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in sales or account management in insurance, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a growing portfolio.
