Our client based in Watford, is currently recruiting for a Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to work on a Monday to Friday day shift.
Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager Main duties will include:- To ensure constructive relationships with internal and external customers at all levels
- Stakeholder in the monthly customer review process, the creation of the Period Reporting Pack and associated actions
- To establish and continue the development of strong two-way relationships with the TJX Logistics, BVS and Customs teams.
- Must have some experience dealing with stakeholders
- Ensure career plans in place to deliver team development & succession planning for the account
- Commuting to Rugby to assist at Rugby control tower - 1 day per week
Shift:
- 09:00 - 17:00
- Monday to Friday
- Friday is work from home
- £21.02 per hour PAYE
Required:
- Experience in Supply Chain division, ideally with a retail customer
- UK & EU Transport experience
- Customer relationship management skills
- Management of teams
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
