As an Entry-Level Sales Representative with CDL Trainings
, you will participate in ongoing company training designed to help you:

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

• Performs clerical work associated with USA Logistics subsidiaries as needed (i.e., open /sort mail, compose/edit correspondence relative to assigned work, maintain files, data entry, screens and directs telephone calls, and serves as receptionist for division office); acts as customer service representative as needed, fielding customer service calls with superior customer service.
• Maintains and organizes files and databases related to tracking customer requests, investigations, and systems responses, etc.
• Researches and responds to inquiries and special projects and prepares reports.
