• Make first contact with people who asked about coverage and schedule a longer conversation

• Log every call and follow-up task in the CRM as it happens
• Use team call reviews to sharpen your approach over time

• Experience selling by phone, in inside sales, telesales, or a call center
• Comfortable with long conversations about serious topics, not quick transactions
• Consistent follow-up without anyone prompting you
• A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale
• At ease with web-based quoting tools and a CRM
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
