Can you earn a business's trust, listen carefully, take good notes, and convince them to sign a listing agreement with no upfront cost?

Can you prepare compelling information about a business, follow up with buyers, arrange meetings, help negotiate offers, and keep a transaction moving toward closing?

If so, you may have what it takes to become a Business Advisor.

A real estate license is not required to sell businesses in Nebraska or Iowa. Licensed advisors may also earn commissions from related real estate transactions. It’s a great path into commercial real estate for those who already have or may want to get a license.

You’ll have the chance to expand with support from an established brokerage network. Full-time preferred, but part-time options available. Set your schedule.
