What you'll actually do- Schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video
- Open with discovery, then present options across multiple carriers
- Complete the application on the call, then carry the case to policy issue
- Log every conversation and next step in the CRM as it happens
- Keep clients informed while the carrier reviews the application
- Stay sharp on product details and state insurance rules
- Inside sales, account management, or business development experience
- Comfortable working a pipeline and following up without a manager prompting you
- Able to explain a product someone has never bought before
- A state life insurance license, or a plan to sit the exam before your first sale
- Equipped for fully remote work: computer, phone, and reliable internet
- At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Contracts with 43 carriers, so you can compare options for each family
- Exclusive lead systems that put you in front of people who've already asked about coverage
- Weekly team calls, call reviews, scripts, and ride-alongs available to agents
- Mentorship straight from Ben and Andrea, the people who run the agency
Compensation: paid under an independent contractor (1099) contract. If you work best with a manager setting your targets each week, this isn't the right fit.
