Seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join a growing team as Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Agents

• Salary Range:
  Up to $60,000 for PL Agents and up to $75,000 for CL Agents

• Remote Work:
  Available with the requirement to report to the office once a week for sales meetings (up to 2 hours away)

• Engage with hundreds of hot leads to close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain referral network partnerships.
• Conduct cold calls to generate new business.
• Focus exclusively on new business acquisition; servicing work is handled by a dedicated team.

• Develop new business opportunities from the ground up.
• Conduct cold calls and cold knocks to generate leads.
• Build relationships with mid-to-large market accounts.
• Quote new business opportunities.

• Licensure:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales, with a proven track record in production.
• Software Proficiency:
  Familiarity with AMS
  360 preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong sales and networking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Preferred Background:
  Experience in an agency setting.
