Want to break into SaaS and fintech sales with real training, mentorship directly from our CEO, and pay that grows with your results? This is that role.

As a BDR, you'll start conversations with CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite decision-makers, primarily in the automotive industry. You'll find the right prospects, open the door, and book qualified demos for our sales team.

We don't care where you went to school or what degree you graduated with, we care how much you want to grow and succeed.

• Prospect and connect: reach out to C-suite executives, primarily in automotive, through cold calls, email campaigns, and digital outreach
• Book qualified meetings for our Account Executives
• Manage your pipeline in Hub Spot CRM, using our email campaigns and call scripts, and keep clear records of your outreach, meetings, and activity
• Report on your progress and hit weekly and monthly targets as part of a team that wins together
• By day 90, run your full outreach routine independently

Must-haves:

• Self-starter who is motivated, coachable, and resilient. You can cold call without fear of rejection
• Strong written and verbal communication; you build trust quickly, even with senior decision-makers
• Organized and driven; you can juggle priorities and keep a pipeline moving

• Experience in sales development, lead generation, or any customer-facing role
• Background in SaaS, payments, fintech, or the automotive industry
• No automotive or SaaS experience needed. We'll train you.

• You want a remote job. This role is on-site in Tinton Falls
• You'd rather not cold call. Outbound is the core of the job
• You want leads handed to you. You'll build your own pipeline

• Base salary plus uncapped commission, so your results directly drive your earnings
• Direct mentorship from our CEO: learn how deals get done from the person who built the company
• Full training and the latest sales tools
• Regular performance reviews and a clear path into larger roles in our sales organization
• Typical hours of 9-5 at our Tinton Falls office
