As a, you will be responsible for managing and expanding online sales channels, with a primary focus on Amazon. You will develop sales strategies, optimize listings, oversee content management, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams and partners, you will ensure positive customer experiences, manage inventory and promotional activities, and deliver regular performance reports. Your efforts will help position the brand as a leading eCommerce brand, contributing to the growth goals and fostering a dynamic, results-driven environment.

- Manage Amazon’s 1P and 3P channels ensuring strategic alignment.
- Optimize product listings for improved visibility and conversions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on eCommerce initiatives.
- Coordinate inventory and forecast planning for fulfillment needs.
- 3-5+ years of Amazon brand management experience in CPG.
- Proven sales growth and revenue achievement record.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon platforms and tools.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management and demand forecasting.
- Familiarity with Amazon Brand Storefronts and A+ Content.
