Sales Development Representative - Hybrid

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team in Bloemfontein . This hybrid role combines the collaboration of an office environment with the flexibility of remote work. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating qualified leads and setting up initial meetings for the sales team.

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to identify potential leads.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings set.

• Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or B2B environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
