We are searching for the best talent for a District Business Manager to join our J&J Vision team. The district for this position will include Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico and parts of Eastern Washington.

The District Business Manager (DBM) has full responsibility for delivering and executing the district’s business strategy and tactics, developing strong business relationships with partners, people development and building a balanced talent pipeline. The DBM is responsible for the Surgical Vision business within the assigned district and will collaborate closely with other functional partners to achieve aligned goals.

• Managing the US Cataract and Refractive franchise for AMO in their respective district geography.
• Lead a complex team of direct reports including:
  Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, Premium Practice Specialists, and Key Account Executives with dotted line oversight of our Laser and Refractive Laser Specialists.
• Hire, Train and Retain a high-caliber team of sales individuals suited to their core specialty area.
• Achieve and maintain Quota while advancing any and all related goals and initiatives of J&J Vision.
• Effectively coordinate the efforts of the various specialists to achieve common goals and objectives.
