New AMER SDR seat, first hire on the ground supporting the AMER AE. Outbound-heavy because the AMER inbound funnel is still being built; you have the chance to shape the playbook from day one.## What you'll do
* Hit 12 SQOs / month
* Build the AMER outbound playbook alongside the AE and Head of Growth
* Run cold-call experiments (we believe in cold-call, when the prep is good)
* Live in the customer Slack channels post-close for two weeks to soak up vocabulary## What you'll need
* 2-3 years SDR experience selling into US ecommerce or martech
* Comfortable with first-on-the-ground ambiguity
* Demonstrated outbound cold-call win rate (we will ask for a recording you're proud of)### Interview process
