Key Responsibilities:
Work with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest

Build trust and guide clients through their decision-making process
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from first contact through closing

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks
Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and influence decisions ethically
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Willingness to obtain insurance licensing if needed
Basic technical proficiency and organizational skills
