Pardue Distributing is seeking a proactive and personable Field Sales Representative to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This commission-only role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy face-to-face client interaction, building long-term relationships, and selling high-demand janitorial and facility products directly to businesses and institutions.

Key Responsibilities- Prospect and visit potential B2B clients within your assigned territory
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and consultations
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored supply solutions
- Negotiate pricing and close deals independently
- Maintain ongoing relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- Track sales activity and customer interactions using CRM tools (if applicable)
- 2+ years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in distribution or facility services
- Strong interpersonal and closing skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Reliable transportation for in-person client visits
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and mobile sales tools (preferred)
- Professional appearance and communication style
- Commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential
