Work From Home Sales- Training & Mentorship

Your Next Chapter Won't Build Itself

Are you ready to stop simply thinking about change and start working toward it?

We're looking for people with ambition, perseverance and a willingness to learn. You don't need to have everything figured out. You need a reason to get started and the commitment to keep going when things get difficult.

At The Semler Agency, you'll learn how to help families protect their financial futures while developing your own sales, communication and leadership skills.

What you'll receive

• Personal mentorship from experienced leaders
• Live training, coaching and practical sales tools
• Support as you develop your business
• Opportunities for leadership and team building
• Flexible full-time and part-time paths

What we'll expect

Consistent effort, participation in training, a willingness to connect with prospective clients and the perseverance to work through the learning curve.

You'll schedule virtual appointments, discuss clients' insurance needs, recommend suitable solutions and follow up to serve families.

Compensation and licensing

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering 100% commission-based compensation. There is no salary or guaranteed income. Commissions are uncapped, and production-based bonuses may be available.

You must hold or be willing to obtain a life insurance license at your own expense. Agents can invest in leads through the corporate office and develop business through their own networks.

We'll provide the mentorship. You bring the commitment.

If you're looking for an opportunity to grow and are prepared to work for it, we'd like to hear from you.

After applying, you will receive an email and text with the next steps in our screening process. Please keep an eye out for a text from Terra.
