In this full-time W2 role, you'll handle inbound consumer inquiries and provide expert guidance on life insurance products tailored to their needs. You'll own your performance targets and play a key role in driving client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals who thrive in a structured, performance-based environment and who want to do it all remotely.

9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM

Participate in ongoing coaching

Ensure adherence to company policies, state regulations, and ethical standards

Must be available to work all shifts in full
Must be responsive in company communication including emails and Slack Direct Messaging
Must be receptive to phone feeding and sales assistance
Meet All Sales Floor Minimum
