Fidelis Construction Inc. is a fast-growing residential remodeling company seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Residential Sales Representative to join our team. This position focuses on following up on warm leads generated through referrals and ongoing marketing campaigns — no cold calling required.
Responsibilities:- Follow up on leads provided by the company (referrals and active marketing)
- Meet with homeowners to assess their remodeling needs
- Guide clients through options, budgets, and project expectations
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth handoff
- Visit job sites as needed to maintain client confidence and clear communication
- Familiarity with all phases of residential remodeling and construction
- Proven background in sales (preferably in home services or construction)
- Clear, professional communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of construction estimating is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and organized
- Base pay + commission (negotiable based on experience — we’re open to proposals)

Schedule:
Projects located throughout Snohomish County and surrounding areas
Flexible hours, but availability for daytime client meetings is required
