Telemarketing Executive (Remote) – Flexible Hours | Script & Database Provided
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our remote telemarketing team. This is a full work-from-home role focused on outbound calls to SMEs and corporations in Singapore.
You’ll be supported with a clear script, a ready database of contacts, and company-provided phone and email. Your main job is to introduce our services professionally, engage decision-makers, and schedule appointments or follow-ups. No cold prospecting or list-building required — everything you need is provided.
What You’ll Do- Make outbound calls using the provided script and contact database
- Introduce the company’s services clearly and professionally
- Speak with business owners, procurement managers, and other decision-makers
- Schedule appointments or arrange follow-up calls
- Log calls, leads, and outcomes accurately in the system
- Company phone and email
- Ready-to-use script and contact database
- Flexible working hours
- Full remote setup (work from home)
- Clear targets and support to help you succeed
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
- Comfortable using basic computer tools and CRM systems
- Self-motivated and consistent in meeting call and lead targets
- Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Fixed hourly pay of up to $20 per hour
- Additional commission based on successful conversions
- Strong performers have the opportunity to move into a full sales role with higher base pay and more attractive commission structures
