In this position, you'll connect with working families, union members, veterans, and eligible association members through Zoom and phone consultations. You'll help clients understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, answer questions, identify coverage needs, and assist with electronic enrollment once appropriately licensed.

As a Remote Client Support Advisor, you'll help prospective and existing clients understand their available insurance options while providing professional service throughout the client relationship.

• Connect with company-provided leads and existing clients.
• Schedule and conduct virtual Zoom and phone appointments.
• Ask questions to understand individual and family financial-protection needs.
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
• Answer questions about coverage, benefits, and policy features.
• Provide needs-based coverage recommendations once appropriately licensed.
• Assist eligible clients with electronic applications and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate digital client records and appointment information.
• Provide ongoing customer service and applicable policy reviews.
• Assist with beneficiary information and applicable policy service requests.

• Educate clients about policy features, benefits, and enrollment options.
• Explain available coverage solutions based on individual needs.
• Help clients compare applicable coverage features.
• Guide eligible clients through electronic applications.
• Review application information for completeness.
• Explain applicable next steps after enrollment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow‑up communication.
• Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements.

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding.
