The Walmart Connect team collaborates with non-endemic advertisers to design and implement strategic retail media solutions that deliver measurable business results. This team works cross-functionally to align priorities, overcome challenges, and provide integrated advertising strategies. Members act as trusted advisors, using data and insights to guide client decisions and internal initiatives. The team emphasizes continuous learning, mentorship, and high performance, fostering strong client relationships and sustained revenue growth.

Lead strategic sales planning and forecasting to drive advertising revenue growth and align with Walmart Connect’s business objectives.

Develop and execute negotiation strategies for complex, high-impact agreements to maximize long-term stakeholder value.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to support business initiatives and enhance customer engagement.

Utilize data analytics and business insights to inform decision-making and optimize advertising sales strategies.

Mentor and guide team members on best practices in sales qualification, proposal development, and client onboarding processes.

Drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative processes and promoting adoption of new technologies.
